  • Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with current trends and competitor analysis, ensuring our stores remain competitive and relevant in the market.
  • Shop Floor Presence: Be an active presence on the shop floor, leading by example and ensuring all team members are aware of their responsibilities.
