About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Infinity Motorcycles. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing a busy and thriving store, delivering outstanding customer service, and building relationships with customers to fully understand their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of sales advisors to meet daily sales goals and boost store success
  • Provide recommendations and advice using product knowledge to customers
  • Lead by example, upholding excellent store conditions and visual merchandising standards
  • Check off incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • Train and motivate staff to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail management, ideally in a motorcycle retail environment
  • Confident, organized, and proactive to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work under pressure, resolve customer issues, and meet sales and profitability goals
  • Full understanding of the English language
  • Reasonable level of computer literacy
