About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at eRecruitSmart. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and business success by identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Engagement: Utilize your expert knowledge to guide and support customers with their furniture and interior purchases, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  2. Communication: Effectively communicate with customers via various channels, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions within the showroom.
  3. Lead Generation: Follow up on existing leads generated through website enquiries and non-complete orders, ensuring timely and effective follow-through.
  4. Customer Service: Respond to incoming online chat and social media messages, providing prompt and courteous assistance to customers.
  5. Enquiry Management: Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries, providing accurate and timely information to customers.
  6. Sales Strategy: Listen to customer requirements and recommend solutions to their needs, driving sales and revenue growth.
About the Hours and Rewards

As a Sales Executive, you will be required to work Monday to Friday, plus 2 weekends per month, with 2 days off during the week when working the weekends. You will also be entitled to:

  1. Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrable experience of proactively building customer relationships through presentations and emphasizing excellence.
  2. Technical Skills: Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with a demonstrable ability to use Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  3. Personal Qualities: Self-motivated with a sales drive and high levels of energy, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
