About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team at Acosta Europe. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the face of our client, Red Bull, and will be responsible for forging unbreakable relationships with key decision makers in stores across your territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit independent retailers or major stores in your territory on a regular call cycle to deliver world-class customer service and meet daily/weekly distribution, availability, and visibility targets.
  • Use an entrepreneurial mindset to manage and drive the success of your territory, negotiating increased space and maintaining incremental displays.
  • Maximise brand awareness, educate customers on new product opportunities, and implement in-store activations to breathe creativity into marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct audits to ensure promotional activity complies with the approved brief and complete interventions, where necessary, to maintain compliance.
  • Ensure compliance of product availability on fixtures and chillers with correct prices displayed and correct execution of all new product launches.
  • Provide insightful and actionable feedback on market intelligence/competitor activity and keep abreast of trends, news, and information concerning the channel in which you are working.
  • Analyse, understand, and utilise intervention data to drive actions and utilise sales data, case studies, and other material supplied to pre-sell upcoming activity to gain incremental stock orders and displays.
  • Manage your journey plans in line with our briefing process and ensure point of sale and promotional material is available in sufficient quantities to meet customer's needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience within FMCG, retail, or a sales environment is preferred, but we will consider applications from motivated individuals with experience from other sectors.
  • Be enthusiastic about the Red Bull brand and have the drive and tenacity to succeed.
  • Be comfortable working autonomously in a field-based environment and have excellent communication and negotiation skills along with strong interpersonal skills, including rapport building and influencing.
  • Proven selling skills and commercial acumen along with being self-motivated, determined, and target-driven.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and willing to travel 90-100%.
