Office Manager Opportunity

Bell Cornwall Recruitment is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their dynamic team in the Stourbridge area of the West Midlands.

The Role:

The Office Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional front-of-house services, managing internal meeting rooms, and ensuring the smooth operation of office facilities and grounds maintenance. This is an all-encompassing role that requires a positive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional and friendly reception services, including answering phones and redirecting calls.
  • Manage office facilities and grounds maintenance, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
  • Oversee and implement GDPR requirements for the business.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data management and record-keeping.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an office management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
