Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, managing office operations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Office Management: Manage the day-to-day running of the office, including maintaining the office environment, managing supplies, and ensuring the office is secure.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate projects and tasks, including setting deadlines, tracking progress, and ensuring projects are completed on time.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems, including escalating issues to senior management as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
