The Role
A great opportunity to join a busy and vibrant team as an Office Manager with Hewett Recruitment. Whilst this is an Office Manager position, you will also have front of house and reception responsibilities as part of the role.
You should have experience of running / managing an office and be process and procedure driven. Excellent communication and organisational skills are a must, along with a strong commercial acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues
- Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
