Job Summary:

As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate at Walmart Supercentre Windsor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Picking and Packing Orders: Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality in mind to achieve timely delivery to customers.
  2. Order Accuracy: Pack orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing between similar named products, exact quantity, and correct product codes.
  3. Quality Control: Ensure that products picked are of the highest quality, with no damaged products and freshest product selection.
  4. Documentation and Labeling: Correctly document and label all orders through interpretation and understanding of documentation, including pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
  5. Tote Optimization: Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
  6. Customer Interaction: Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and offer service, including supporting issues to resolution.
  7. Safety and Hygiene: Ensure strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, including maintaining a clean and hygienic work area, immediate clean-up of spills and debris, and ensuring all totes are clean and void of debris before packing.
  8. Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and efficiencies, customer satisfaction, safety, working conditions, and quality standards.
