About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Autism Practitioner/Teaching Assistant to join our team at Baston House School in Bromley. As part of our continued growth, this is an exciting opportunity to work with a close-knit team and make a positive impact on the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the class teacher/tutor in delivering a high-quality education to students with autism.
  • Implement education policies and procedures to ensure the well-being and development of students.
  • Provide individualized support to students to enable them to access the curriculum independently.
  • Contribute to the organization and maintenance of the classroom environment to promote a stimulating learning situation.
  • Support the teacher/tutor in writing and updating documentation related to individual students, including Behaviour Support Profiles and Individual Education Plans.
Requirements
  • GCSE English and Maths qualifications.
