Key Responsibilities:
As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service, while coaching and supporting the rest of the Food & Beverage team. This will involve:
- Managing the restaurant's daily operations, including staff supervision and inventory control.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborating with the culinary team to create innovative menus and promotions.
- Monitoring and controlling costs to ensure profitability.
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hotel or restaurant environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, including menu planning and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Valid right to work within the United Kingdom.
