Senior Management Consultant

This is a unique opportunity to join Citi's Internal Consulting organisation as a Senior Management Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving significant programs and projects across the organisation.

  • Lead complex projects in partnership with Citi's functional and business unit leadership.
  • Drive analysis of data and business processes with minimal guidance.
  • Support all phases of projects, from initiation to delivery.
  • Develop and communicate project outcomes to senior stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the creation of project communications and drive stakeholder engagement.

As a Senior Management Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements
  • Management Consulting experience is essential.
  • Proven experience in Operating Model, Process improvement and Process Transformation projects.
  • Experience in Banking and Financial Services or a regulated industry is preferred.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint and data visualisation tools.
  • Bachelor's/University degree.
