Position Overview

Senior Management Consultant (SMC) - Full Time, Global

Compensation: Competitive salary package up to £150K - £200K (Permanent) or Associate: £1,500 - £2,000 per-day (indicative only)

This is contingent upon individual expertise, competencies, and potential for business growth and leadership.

Role Responsibilities

We are seeking exceptional and distinguished Senior-level Management Consultants to spearhead and oversee the expansion of our operations within one of our Management Consulting divisions, focusing on:

  • Leadership & Talent Development
  • Corporate Strategy
  • Business Process Optimization
  • Infrastructure Development
Key Focus Areas

The primary objective for Senior Management Consultants will be to utilize their existing professional networks, skills, and thought leadership in the Management Consulting sector to:

  • Generate new business opportunities
  • Establish and nurture long-term, valuable relationships
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidates will operate under the mentorship and guidance of a Chief Management Consultant (CMC) and will lead client consulting projects.

You will be a recognized authority in your domain, having acquired cross-industry and cross-sector experience with proficiency in one or more strategic consulting disciplines, such as:

  • Leadership and Talent Development Strategy
  • Corporate Strategy
  • Financial Management
  • Investment Strategy
  • Operational Processes
  • Infrastructure Strategies
Business Development

Proven track record of achieving revenue targets exceeding £3 million annually. Clear evidence of establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with board-level stakeholders (FT100 or S&P500), including MDs, CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and CIOs/CTOs.

Experience Requirements

At least 10 years of experience in leading diverse, multicultural teams of Management Consultants.

Must possess the ability to present effectively to executive corporate boards (CEO, MD, CFO, COO, CTO/CIO, etc.).

Extensive experience in developing senior-level Management Consultants through mentoring, coaching, and management.

A Bachelor's degree or PhD from a prestigious University or Business School is required.
