About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Consultant to join our team at Artefact. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients, driving business growth, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals, and delivering tailored consulting solutions to drive business growth.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage consulting projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and growth within the company.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and best practices across the company, contributing to the development of our consulting capabilities and expertise.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in a consulting role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality consulting services and driving business growth.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Hunter mentality, analytical mindset, and a hacker mindset, with a passion for data-driven decision making and a desire to drive business growth.
