Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Consultant to join our Professional Services team. As a Strategic Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering lasting impact and success for our customers by building strong relationships with their teams and guiding them through business transformations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Thought Leadership: Establish yourself as a thought leader on data-driven change management and guide customers through business transformations.
  • Project Management: Manage the project lifecycle from end to end, including creating project timelines, mitigating risks, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely project completion.
  • Team Growth: Contribute to team growth by creating new content, enablement, and processes for peers to use as winning strategies and deliverables.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally and manage special projects internally to help the Strategic Consulting team scale as fast as possible.
  • Client Consulting: Provide consulting and recommendations to clients, leveraging strong written and verbal communication skills and a passion for helping people.
Requirements
  • Consulting Background: Prior professional experience in consulting and delivering large-scale business transformations.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with SQL, Python, HTML, CSS, JS, and working with various APIs, data warehouses, and BI tools.
  • CRO and A/B Testing: Strong knowledge and experience with CRO and A/B testing.
  • Web/App Development: Knowledgeable with web/app development and performance (HTML, CSS, JS, tagging technologies, SDK, Swift).
  • UI/UX or Cognitive Science: Knowledge or experience with UI/UX or Cognitive Science.
