Accounts Payable Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team at Huntress. As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Purchase Ledger team to ensure that all supplier invoices are processed and paid in a timely and accurate manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and code invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Perform general finance administration tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
- Respond to invoice queries and resolve any discrepancies
- Post invoices and obtain approval for sign-off as required
- Ensure that suppliers are paid in accordance with company policies and procedures to avoid any inaccuracies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or Accounts Administrator role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good customer service skills
- Experience within a logistics or transport company is an advantage but not essential

- Competitive salary: £23,000 - £25,000 DOE
- Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm working hours
