As a Sales Development Manager at Field Sales Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving category sales and dominance for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with retail outlets to develop and implement action plans that increase category sales and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute category sales strategies to drive growth and dominance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail outlet staff to increase category knowledge and awareness
  • Negotiate promotional space for key products to maximize in-store visibility

As a Sales Development Manager, you will be reporting to your Regional Manager and will have regular team meetings to discuss progress. This role requires a high level of autonomy, so you will need to be organized and have a solid record of converting sales.

Requirements:
  • Passion for sales and the FMCG industry
  • Business development skills and sales experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, influencing, and planning skills
  • Ability to think strategically and fulfill immediate business objectives
  • Proven record of demonstrating initiative and delivering results
  • Full UK driver's license
