Position Overview

As a key member of our team, you will significantly impact the lives of the individuals we serve and have the opportunity to advance your career in property services.

In the role of Community Engagement Officer, you will serve as a visible point of contact for residents, engaging them through newsletters, meetings, visits, and open days.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring that residents are informed about work processes and effectively communicating updates and changes. Additionally, you will coordinate the handover of keys to site teams and deliver exceptional customer aftercare, ensuring that projects are completed to satisfaction while managing expectations among residents, clients, and our operational teams.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the confidence to navigate challenging situations and will be an outstanding communicator capable of collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience working for a contractor or in a client-side resident liaison or community engagement capacity, preferably within planned or reactive maintenance or asset management.

Resilience under pressure, along with a strong sense of discretion and respect in a public-facing role, is essential.

A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required.
