Position Overview

As an essential part of our organization, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of the individuals we serve, while also having the chance to advance your career in property management.

In your capacity as a Community Engagement Officer, you will serve as a prominent contact for residents, actively interacting through newsletters, community meetings, site visits, and open house events.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring that residents are informed about project timelines and effectively communicating any updates or modifications. Additionally, you will manage the handover of keys to the operational teams and deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that projects are completed to satisfaction while balancing the expectations of residents, clients, and our operational staff.

Qualifications

With the ability to navigate challenging situations, as a Community Engagement Officer, you will be a naturally skilled communicator who collaborates effectively with various stakeholders.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience working with contractors or in client-side community engagement roles, ideally within the realms of planned or reactive maintenance or asset management.

You should demonstrate resilience under pressure and possess a strong understanding of the importance of discretion and respect in a public-facing role.

A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
