About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Criminal Justice Programme Manager to join our team at the Barrow Cadbury Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving our mission to improve the criminal justice system for young adults and eliminate race and gender discrimination within it.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to achieve our criminal justice goals, working closely with stakeholders and partners to build a successful campaign for change.
  • Utilize your expertise in criminal justice, experience in the third sector, and understanding of how to build a successful campaign to drive transformative change.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve our mission, leveraging your skills and experience to make a meaningful impact.
  • Contribute to the development of our organisational strategy, ensuring that our work is aligned with our mission and values.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £53,667 per annum, plus a generous contributory pension scheme of up to 10%.
  • A hybrid working arrangement, with an expectation of at least 2 days per week spent in the office or in the field.
