About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Manager to lead our Criminal Justice programme. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the criminal justice system and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful campaigns for change.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage the Criminal Justice programme, working closely with the team to achieve our mission of improving the criminal justice system for young adults and eliminating race and gender discrimination within it.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the criminal justice system for young adults, including advocacy for policies that eliminate race and gender discrimination.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and other organizations working in the criminal justice sector.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in programme management, with a strong understanding of the criminal justice system.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions to complex problems.
