We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Worker to join our CAMHS Inpatient Service team at Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality social care to our service users.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive social care assessments to inform care planning and decision-making.
- Develop and implement effective care packages to meet the complex needs of our service users.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and other stakeholders on social care matters.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to social care.
- Registered Social Worker with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Proven experience of working with complex mental health needs, particularly in a CAMHS inpatient setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, carers, and colleagues.
- Sound analytical skills, with the ability to manage risk and make informed decisions.
- Good understanding of relevant legislation, guidelines, and policies related to social care and mental health.
