We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Worker to join our CAMHS Inpatient Service team. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing social care needs of CAMHS in-patient service users as part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide social care assessments that feed into CPA and children's social care
- Work within an MDT to promote well-being and support discharge planning
- Develop positive working relationships with service users, colleagues, and families and carers
- Challenging others in a professional manner to achieve the best outcomes possible for children and young people
- Registered with HCPC
- Experience of working with complex mental health needs, children, and carer frameworks
- Knowledge of MHA, Safeguarding Adults, and Child Safeguarding
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
