We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our CAMHS Inpatient Service team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with our Senior Social Worker to provide high-quality social care to our service users.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive social care assessments to inform CPA and children's social care decisions.
- Develop and implement robust social care plans to promote well-being and support discharge planning.
- Work collaboratively with the MDT to ensure effective decision-making and service delivery.
- Maintain a sound knowledge base of relevant legislation and guidelines, including the Children Act 1989 and the Mental Health Act 1983 (as amended 2007).
- Essential:
- Social Work Qualification (MSW, DSW, CQSW)
- Registered with HCPC
- Desirable:
- Qualification in Family Interventions
