We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Worker to join our CAMHS Inpatient Service team. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing social care needs to our service users, working closely with a multi-disciplinary clinical team in a general adolescent Mental Health Unit.
Key Responsibilities- Provide social care assessments and interventions to support the well-being of service users.
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team to develop and implement care plans.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the safeguarding of service users.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to Trust policies and procedures.
- Registered Social Worker with the HCPC.
- Experience of working with complex mental health needs, particularly in a CAMHS setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with service users, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
