Your Role as a Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service and operations team, you will be responsible for providing administration assistance and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers, colleagues, and external suppliers.
  • Answering phone calls and providing a high level of customer service.
  • Updating our CRM database and ensuring that all customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Dealing with and resolving customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supporting colleagues across the business and ensuring that customers receive the correct advice and information.
  • Operating within company policies and procedures to ensure that all tasks are fully accountable.

Requirements

  • Excellent telephone manner and clear English language skills.
  • At least one year's experience of working in customer service.
  • Microsoft Office Package and CRM knowledge preferred.
  • Strong administration, preparation, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Professional, positive, and flexible approach at all times.
  • Excellent customer service skills, strong written and verbal skills, and well-developed analytical thinking skills.
  • Fluent in English language.
  • Ability to work accurately and handle difficult situations.
