Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end-users on various technical issues
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
  • Support Active Directory accounts and cloud-based services
  • Install and configure computer systems, software, and applications
  • Manage user accounts and permissions
  • Monitor network performance and security
  • Assist in IT projects and upgrades
  • Maintain documentation of IT procedures and inventory

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Active Directory, VPN, TCP/IP, cloud, and Microsoft 365
  • Experience in IT support and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Office applications
  • Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues promptly
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach
  • 'Can do' attitude and willingness to learn
