Lynx Recruitment is partnering with a well-established industrial automation company to fill a Technical Support Specialist position. This company has a strong, ongoing relationship with a leading technology provider and is currently deploying cutting-edge technology on over 80 sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of escalation, providing ongoing support and advice on complex installations of Cognex equipment.
  • Utilize previous experience as an installation technician/engineer to provide remote technical support to on-site installation engineers.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Cognex, or similar (Keyence, SICK) sensors and related hardware.
  • Experience configuring and supporting industrial automation hardware and software.
