About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our finance team as a Finance Assistant. This role will involve a diverse range of tasks, each contributing to the seamless functioning of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process supplier invoices onto our Procure Wizard system with accuracy and adherence to established protocols.
  • Support the intricacies of our financial operations by assisting in daily cash and bank reconciliations.
  • Contribute to the overall financial health of the organization by generating daily reports from the Opera Management system.
  • Input refund forms with precision and compliance, upholding the organization's commitment to regulatory standards and internal audit excellence.
Requirements
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Previous finance experience is desired but not essential, as training will be provided.
  • Previous experience of working in an office environment is essential.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel.
