About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Assistant to join our team at RBH Hospitality Management. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently onto our Procure Wizard system
  • Support daily cash and bank reconciliations to maintain financial stability
  • Generate daily reports from the Opera Management system to inform decision-making
  • Input refund forms with precision and attention to detail
Requirements
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Previous finance experience desired, but training will be provided
  • Previous experience working in an office environment is essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
