Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Acorn by Synergie. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial support and guidance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial support and guidance to clients, including preparation of financial reports and analysis of financial data.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and submit financial reports to management and clients, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective financial planning and budgeting.
- Provide training and support to staff on financial procedures and policies.
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA/AAT qualified or part-qualified.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a finance or accounting department.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
