Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Acorn by Synergie. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial support and guidance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial support and guidance to clients, including preparation of financial reports and analysis of financial data.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to management and clients, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective financial planning and budgeting.
  • Provide training and support to staff on financial procedures and policies.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA/AAT qualified or part-qualified.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a finance or accounting department.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
