Exciting Opportunity for a Management Accountant Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Management Accountant Assistant to join our team at Wise Employment Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insightful financial reports to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Assist with year-end audit processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Oversee financial transactions and monitor financial performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Provide expert financial advice to management, ensuring informed decision-making
Requirements:
  • A recognized accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) and relevant experience in management accounting
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in MS Excel, Sage, and SAP
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
