{"About the Role": "At IOSH, we are seeking a highly skilled Assessment Specialist to join our team. As an Assessment Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our assessment processes and maintaining the high standards of our professional development programs.

Your key responsibilities will include undertaking assessments in a fair and inclusive manner, maintaining a consistent approach to assessments in line with IOSH assessment standards, and making recommendations on assessment outcomes with high-quality feedback reports.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of educational assessment requirements and processes, as well as demonstrable knowledge of the OSH sector. You will also need to possess excellent organization and planning skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and robust IT skills.

In addition, you will need to have demonstrable assessment marking experience, with IOSH or other Institution or Awarding Organisation, and evidence of at least 3 years of working in an educational quality assurance role with knowledge of assessment and quality assurance principles.
