Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Intervention Worker to join our Intervention Hub team at Cheshire West and Chester. As a Family Intervention Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a high-quality family intervention service to families open to Children's Social Care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide family intervention services to families open to Children's Social Care
  • Deliver relevant interventions to ensure immediate needs are met and long-term positive change is achieved
  • Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to ensure improved collaboration and one common approach to practice
  • Embed 'New Ways of Working' with our multi-agency partners
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of effective interventions and strategies to improve outcomes for children and families
