- Implement aspects of the treatment plan with autonomy, taking sole responsibility for patient safety when undertaking community work.
- Work in partnership with other members of the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal requirements and professional standards.
- Develop skills and knowledge through continued personal and professional development.
- Demonstrate personal behavior congruent with professional status at all times.
- Promote and represent the Department and Organisation both internally and externally, providing colleagues with professional advice and opinion in a professional manner.
