Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Autism Focused Support Professional to join our team at EdEx Education Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will provide individualized support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a primary school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide constant care and support to students with ASD requirements
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a comprehensive support system
  • Use creativity and ingenuity to think outside the box and develop innovative support strategies
  • Provide high-quality support that promotes student independence and self-advocacy

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly Autism
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly motivated and dedicated to providing exceptional support to students
