Position Overview: We are in search of a highly qualified and experienced Senior Oracle Solutions Consultant to become a part of our team. This role is vital for ensuring the effective delivery of Oracle eBusiness Suite and Fusion implementations for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a robust technical foundation, outstanding business communication skills, and the capability to oversee multiple projects concurrently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with clients to comprehend their business requirements and technical obstacles.
  • Solution Development: Create tailored solutions that meet client specifications, utilizing Oracle eBusiness Suite and Fusion.
  • Technical Guidance: Lead and mentor a technical team to guarantee high-quality solution delivery.
  • Project Coordination: Partner with project managers to ensure projects are progressing as planned and align with client expectations.
  • Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, present solutions, and engage in discussions to secure new business opportunities.
  • Adaptability: Adjust to evolving project requirements and participate in various tasks as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 5-6 complete end-to-end Oracle eBusiness Suite and Fusion implementations.
  • Technical Expertise: Profound knowledge of Oracle technologies and their application in addressing business challenges.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel to client locations as required and adapt to varying project demands.
  • Professional Demeanor: Well-presented with a proactive approach to client interactions and business development.
