About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warranty and Contract Claims Administrator to join our team at Volvo Trucks. As a key member of our claims handling process, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our Volvo Truck dealerships across the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage business-to-business claims, handling communication and documentation through emails and our internal systems.
- Assess claims and verify the legitimacy of parts and labour, addressing any anomalies with the dealership when necessary.
- Follow up on rejected or adjusted claims and negotiate settlements with relevant parties.
- Process customer parts warranty claims received at the dealership.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and collaborate with Technical Support Teams to supply necessary supporting documentation for the claims.
- Provide a professional service throughout the warranty and contract claim handling process.
