Your role will involve...

As a Culinary Operations Manager, you will take the lead in managing teams on-site and will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training, and supporting staff to ensure an efficient, high-quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspiring and leading a team
  • Overseeing and managing a budget
  • Ensuring effective team communication, including fostering internal and external relationships, management reporting, and client engagement to achieve operational excellence

We prioritize the safety of children and staff. Candidates selected for this position will be required to undergo a thorough background check and provide two suitable references.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 30 hours per week, during term time only
