Culinary Expertise Required

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team at Sanctuary Group. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality catering services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare menus that cater to individual customer needs, including special diets.

• Manage food and labour budgets, ensuring menus are delivered within budgetary constraints.

• Ensure the kitchen operates to the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

• Supervise and develop kitchen staff, promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.

• Maintain accurate records of food stock, labour, and sales data.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a catering environment, with a valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.

• Knowledge of online catering software packages and health and safety procedures.

• Ability to work flexibly, including alternative weekends and varying shifts.

• Friendly and approachable attitude, with excellent communication skills.
