About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Sanctuary Group. As a key member of our food services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality catering services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a versatile catering service that caters to individual needs and dietary requirements.
• Manage food and labour budgets, ensuring menus are delivered within budgetary constraints.
• Receive and amend orders, manage food stock locations, and conduct audits.
• Implement and maintain a Food Safety Management System, ensuring high sanitation and safety standards.
• Assist with the supervision and development of staff.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a catering environment, with experience of cooking for various groups of people.
• A valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Knowledge of online catering software packages.
• Proven knowledge of health and safety procedures.
• Friendly and approachable attitude, with the ability to interact with customers, visitors, and colleagues.
