We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to support our Chef Manager in delivering exceptional culinary experiences at one of our sites in Water Beach, Cambridge.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Chef Manager with daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chef Manager in planning and preparing menus, ensuring consistency and quality of food.
  • Lead a team of chefs in the preparation and cooking of dishes, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas, in line with our brand standards.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with the Chef Manager to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role.
