Job Title: Account Director

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Location: Remote (Hybrid: Flexible Work Arrangements)

Salary: £45,000-£55,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are excited to partner with a leading communications agency, renowned for its innovative and impactful work, as they enter an exciting period of growth. As an Account Director, you will play a key role in managing and nurturing client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and develop client relationships, ensuring client objectives are met and exceeded.
  2. Develop and execute strategic communication plans that align with client objectives and drive measurable results.
  3. Oversee the day-to-day management of multiple accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement integrated campaigns, leveraging the expertise of various departments to create cohesive and effective communication campaigns.
  5. Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing clients with detailed insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
  6. Identify opportunities for account growth and contribute to the agency's overall growth and success.

Requirements:

It is essential to have experience working within an agency environment, with a strong understanding of client relationships and communication strategies. While experience in a communications agency is highly desirable, it's not essential. You may be an established Senior Account Manager ready to step up, or could be already operating at Account Director level.
