We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic Strategic Partnerships team at Hybrid, a multi-award winning high-growth global media agency.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the relationship with our flagship UK strategic clients, understanding campaign brief requirements and communicating goals internally.
- Advise clients on media buying and strategy, taking ownership of successful delivery.
- Spot opportunities to unlock growth of the account across paid media, turning ideas into action.
- Manage client budgets, produce project schedules, and report on campaign performance.
- Train and manage junior members of the team.
- Work with the wider team on new business pitches and present to potential clients to win future accounts.
- Inspire, motivate, and develop team members to deliver quality campaigns that excite our clients.
- Collaborate with our ambitious and dedicated Paid Media specialists on exciting campaigns.
- Travel to client sites as required to deliver review meetings.
- Agency experience working in a client services role.
- Good understanding of key paid media channels (PPC, Paid Social, Display etc.) to shape campaign progress and drive results.
- Energetic presence to engage clients and build rapport, while motivating the team to deliver powerful campaigns.
- Passion for planning, pitching, and winning new business.
- Fantastic attention to detail, organizational skills, and calm presence to deliver under pressure.
- Ability to build long-term relationships and shape the media and marketing strategy for our global partners.
