Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Manager to join our team. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients. This includes:

  • Undertaking all compliance tasks for clients, including preparation of accounts, corporation tax returns, and personal tax returns using Iris.
  • Undertaking book-keeping, VAT returns, and management accounts for clients - using Sage, Excel, Xero, QuickBooks, and other packages.
  • Acting as the first point of call for clients on day-to-day queries and supporting the director on more complex tax or planning tasks.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACA qualified or qualified by experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting packages such as Xero, Sage, and Iris.
  • Strong communication and management skills.
