Job Title: Client Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Manager to lead our client administration team and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing client administration team, ensuring they consistently work towards best-in-class service standards.
  • Develop and implement operational excellence processes to ensure efficient and accurate service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, advisers, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks and ensure that Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and Retail Conduct Risk (RCR) principles are fully embedded in team processes.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a regulated financial services environment, with knowledge of FCA requirements.
  • Proven experience managing an administration team, ensuring high levels of service and operational efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of compliance, risk, and governance within financial services operations.
  • Progress towards a regulated diploma in Financial Planning (QCF Level 4) or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with Intelligent Office or similar client management systems.
