**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Safety Case Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our safety case capability, you will be responsible for leading projects for a range of clients across the UK nuclear industry, including new build projects, operating facilities, and decommissioning and waste management.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the development of safety assessments for nuclear facilities, ensuring compliance with UK regulatory requirements and international standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their safety needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including bid writing and client relationship management.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

**Requirements**

  • Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics).
  • Significant experience (typically 7+ years) in the production of safety assessments for nuclear facilities.
  • Detailed understanding of UK regulatory requirements and international standards, particularly relating to Nuclear Safety Assessment.
