Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled National Key Account Manager to join our team at Open Executive Search & Selection in Milan & London. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with top clients in the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive retention and growth among key accounts in the retail sector.
  • Manage commercial issues and ensure contract retention through proactive management of contract renewals and re-bids.
  • Develop and maintain excellent product knowledge to identify new opportunities and present solutions to clients.
  • Provide regular reporting on results, including progress against account plans.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure sales growth targets are met.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience managing large complex accounts and delivering sales growth in line with target plans.
  • Excellent IT skills in Microsoft packages, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A preferred degree-level education.
