We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Transaction Management: Manage daily financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and tracking of cash flow.
- Financial Record Keeping: Reconciliations of bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Financial Coordination: Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely collection of revenues and payment of expenses.
- Financial Reporting: Preparation, and maintains accurate financial records, reports, and statements in compliance with statutory requirements.

- Financial Support: Supporting the finance team in the preparation of tax returns, audits, and other regulatory filings.

Requirements:
- Accounting Software Proficiency: Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Quickbooks and Excel.
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Qualifications: AAT Level 4 qualified would be ideal. Proven experience in a similar role is essential, ideally within the property management or real estate sector.
