Location: London/ South East (remote/ hybrid working environment with nationwide travel)

Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 + attractive benefits package

We Recruit Group Ltd is supporting an award-winning property and construction group in appointing an experienced CDM Advisor/ Principal Designer to lead a team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction design management and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of CDM Advisors/ Principal Designers in providing construction design management services to clients.
  • Develop and implement construction design management strategies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct site visits and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on construction design management best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction design management and a strong background in relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote/ hybrid working environment with nationwide travel.
