Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Infoblox Support Specialist to join our client's expanding team. This is a remote role focused on providing expert support and implementation for our client's Infoblox Grid and DDI solutions.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our client's customers. This will involve troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the Infoblox Grid and DDI solutions, as well as providing training and documentation to ensure seamless integration and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grid Management:
    • Manage and maintain the Infoblox Grid, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Grid join, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Licensing and Compliance:
    • Manage and maintain Grid and service licenses, ensuring compliance with our client's policies and procedures.
    • Ensure that all necessary licenses are up-to-date and properly configured.
  • DDI Setup and Configuration:
    • Configure and manage DNS Name Server Groups, DHCP Failover Associations, and Network Views.
    • Establish and maintain IPAM Networks and Network Containers.
  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC):
    • Configure and manage administrators, admin groups, roles, and permissions.
    • Ensure that access to the GUI, API, and CLI is properly restricted and secured.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in network administration and Infoblox technologies.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
